PLACING AN ORDER
All orders may be placed directly online 24 hours a day. However, if you prefer to order by phone simply call us at:

If you have any question(s) regarding a certain item, please contact us at
cestlaviecouture@bellsouth.net prior to placing an order. Messages will be responded to within 2 to 3 business days, although more typically within a 24-hour period.
Product Availability & Back Orders We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product and inventory information. In the event that an availability date changes from time of order placed or an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified immediately via phone, e-mail or mail. We regret any inconvenience.
PAYMENT OPTIONS We accept the following forms of payment:

PRE-ORDER POLICIES Pre-orders are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship at a future date. Items ordered are reserved for you
and taken out of our available inventory.
For your convenience, a 50% deposit for all pre-orders will be automatically calculated at check out. The remainder of the balance will be charged when your order is shipped. When your pre-order is ready to ship, we will notify you via email. Please pay the balance within 14 days. If the balance is not paid within the specified time, your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will automatically be returned inventory.
As indicated above, pre-orders are special orders which are reserved for you and taken from inventory. Because these items are no longer available for purchase cancellations of preorders are not refundable. These items can be exchanged for size when available or returned for store credit only.
C’est la Vie Children’s Couture is not responsible for pre-orders that arrive late due to manufacturer delays. We work with an expected delivery date based on information given to us by each clothing line. All items arriving up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date are considered “On schedule”.
SHIPPING PRE-ORDERS For pre-orders totaling $150 or more, placed with multiple collections arriving on different delivery dates, the following will apply:
1) The first shipment will be sent free of charge.
2) Each delivery thereafter will be charged a flat rate of $6.00
3) If In-stock items are purchased with pre-orders, we will charge a flat rate of $6.00 to ship the in-stock items and will ship the 1st pre-order free of charge.
PRE-ORDER RETURNS C’est la Vie Children’s Couture will issue a store credit for pre-order returns. The returned items must not have been worn and have the original tags. NO EXCEPTIONS! The store credit will be the amount of the pre-order item or items. Items that qualified for free shipping will be charged S&H fees. Again, the amount paid towards a pre-order is eligible for a store credit only. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
TAX A 6% ales tax will be charged for KY residents only.

The items chosen for our boutique were selected with you in mind. These are items we personally LOVE and will gladly assist with sizing or other questions. If there’s a brand you LOVE please let us know! We want to fill our boutique with all of our favorite things!
PRIVACY POLICY C’est la Vie Children’s Couture works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
